Proposed Tree Policy
Proposed Tree Policy
The trees of Diamond Park are an important part of the beauty and nature of our association. In order to ensure that we maintain them, the following policy is instituted:
- Nothing, temporary or permanent, shall be attached to any tree on DPPOA property.
- No cutting or trimming of trees on DPPOA property is permitted without permission from the DPPOA board.
A DPPOA tree is defined as follows:
- Any tree in Griffin Park or South Park
- A number of our roadways do not follow the plat, so for any trees lining the roadways there will need to be a determination whether they belong to the property owner or the Association. Until that determination is made, it is assumed the tree belongs to the Association. Please contact a board member to help determine correct ownership.
These guidelines also apply to undeveloped but still open roads in the Association.
