South Park committee report

Updating board profiles on the website

Trees in Griffin park—cut down and stumps pulled as of 1.10.23
Park clean up in spring

New Business:
How to improve proxy voting for greater voter participation.
Cathy has researched how to use proxies.
Will be more of an absentee ballot with candidates and issues. Cathy, Pat and Larry will create a format.

Survey of South Park
Cathy will make contacts for estimates. Must identify boundaries of park and road ends before further improvements happen.

Move steps to swim dock (Larry)
Wait until after survey.

Details of SP “Electricity, water, dirt and grass” plan (Larry)
Sue will check with friend about graphics.
Larry/Sue will plan phases and secure costs
