Old Business:
- Roads Pat will work with Beeman’s on roads this spring.
- Signs GP sign- The Sign is refurbished and ready for installation. SP is ready to print with a test print soon.
- Tree policy (Pat) Define where the park trees are, roads and parks Do not attach anything to the trees. Tracey mentioned they plan to take down a dead tree on the “road” between Wordens and Satterlees. There was no objection from the board; the action was appreciated.
- New members packet. (Pat)
- New bylaws (on website)
- old brochure history (Larry- 20 copies)

- Report on parks clean up in October: (Chris) went well.
- Dead tree in GP (Larry)
Will attempt to contact companies. Maybe coordinate with Wordens, who are using Parshall’s tree service.
New Business:
- Winter newsletter: We decided to create one online newsletter and send it out in late March/April. It will include the snow/plow budget report and summer schedule.
- Spring cleanup in parks
Determine date later - Dock rental contracts (Larry) The letter will include a “heads up” about a likely price increase for 2026. And a request for a $50 storage fee for hoists in SP.
- Fees for 26-27 Riparian and nonriparian issue for AGM
- Cathy will write an article for the newsletter.

Potluck and AGM Saturday, August 9 - Dock waiting list: No one is on the waiting list.
- The board will discuss Tony’s topics at the next meeting.
