Old Business:

• Signs: Zlatko will email Pat with the final design. Pat will forward this to Kate Cosentino for a proof.
• Griffin Park sign – rebuilt and nearly complete
• Review marina policy: Should we mark off a swimming area?
• Boat storage in Griffin Park Pat is keeping track of the boats.
• Tree policy (tabled at the previous meeting). Nothing was posted to association trees. Don’t cut down trees on association property. Pat will draw up the policy.
• New member packets (tabled at the previous meeting) are in progress. Pat is working on this.
• Park(s) cleanup. Focus on SP in the fall. Griffin in the spring. Chris is in charge.

New Business:

• Review of AGM
• Ongoing discussion of riparian/non-riparian fees next year.
• Parks Cleanup on October 19. Posted on Facebook. Chris will send out an eblast.
• Removal of dead tree on Euclid. Larry will ask for bids. Trimming the branches on the tree at Crystal and Euclid as well.
• Hoists in SP: Add $50 voluntary. Larry will send out a “heads up” about fee increases for 2026 and ask hoist owners for a voluntary $50 storage fee in South Park.
